p-refix: It’s weird how one minute someone can be so alive and then the next they’re gone. Yesterday a girl at my school named Jade Anderson was horrifically attacked by 4 dogs and killed. Tonight, the majority of our school got together and lit lanterns and candles in memory of her. What amazed everyone is how many people cared. Hundreds of people turned up to pay their respects, people that didn’t know her were there to say goodbye. Seeing a community getting together as I saw tonight was so lovely and it just shows that no matter how insignificant you think you are, people will always be there for you. She was only at school for 6 months and yet the amount of tears shed due to this horrible loss has been incredible. No matter what happens, there is always a possibility of a tragedy and taking advantage of the life you live is a mistake, you only get one chance. R.I.P jade, you’re safe now.
